We want all our customers to be delighted with the products
and services we provide. Please do not
hesitate to contact us should you have any queries at all. We would be happy to accept returns within 14
working days following receipt of the item for a full refund, including the original
shipping fee. Where an item is found to
be faulty, we will provide a replacement where possible and refund the return
postage fee. However, if the return is
due to a simple ‘change of mind,’ the customer will be responsible for the
return postage cost.
The consumer does have a duty of ‘reasonable care’ of the goods if they are going to return them. We do ask that, as far as is practical, you return the goods in the condition received.
