FAQ

How soon will I receive my purchase?

We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days, although this does tend to be sooner. Our post is sent by First Class Mail so the delivery time depends on the postal service, however, we find most of our items arrive the next working day within the UK. International items are sent using Airmail and can take from three to five working days according to Royal Mail, although this can be longer. If you have been waiting a while without receiving your purchase, please feel free to contact us and we will do all we can to help.

I don't have a PayPal account. Can I still pay using my debit or credit card?

It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to use the PayPal service. You can enter your card details via PayPal without registering. Please note that, should you select the eCheque option, that this can take up to two weeks to clear.

What other payment methods will you accept?

We are happy to receive cheques or postal orders through the post. Please make them payable to J'Namas Toybox Limited and post them to the address on the Contact Us page.

We are also happy to accept direct bank transfers providing any fees are met by the buyer. Please contact us for further details if required.

We would prefer to receive payments from International customers by PayPal, but please feel free to contact us should you require further assistance.

Will you accept cash?

It is not recommended to send cash through the post. Should you decide to send cash, this is at the buyer's risk. Please ensure that any cash is sent in Pounds Sterling.

Can I collect my purchase to save on postage costs?

If you live or work in the Basildon area and would like to collect your purchase, please contact us to arrange details.
