Making a Purchase
We hope you enjoy your visit to J'Namas Toybox Online Store. Shopping
could not be easier. Simply browse through the catalogue of items on offer and
select the items you wish to purchase by clicking on "add to basket."
Once you have finished shopping, proceed to checkout where you will be asked
for a few details so that we may process your order. Your payment will be
process by PayPal and we do not currently keep records of debit or credit card
details. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to make a payment by PayPal.
Purchases will be despatched upon receipt of cleared funds.
Shipping & Handling
At J'Namas Toybox, we aim to keep our shipping and handling charges as
low as possible. To this end, we will reuse and recycle packaging materials
wherever possible. This helps to keep our postage costs down and is also
beneficial to the environment. We ensure that purchases are securely packaged
so that they arrive with you in one piece. Please refer to the shipping page
where full details of our shipping prices can be found.
Delivery
We aim to despatch orders within two working days of the order being
placed. A large proportion of our deliveries are sent via Royal Mail although
for heavier items we may use other delivery companies. In mainland UK, most
orders should arrive one working day after despatch. Overseas orders will take
longer. Delivery times are all subject to circumstances that are beyond our
control.
Credit Card Security
All our debit and credit card
transactions are processed through PayPal. It is not necessary to have a PayPal
account to make a payment. We do not keep debit or credit card details.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your
purchase a return will be accepted provided we are contacted within ten days of
receipt. Postage will be refunded at second class postage rate for faulty items
or mistakes we have made. Please contact us for advice before returning the items.

contact us and we will do all we can to help. If items are damaged or lost in
transit, they will be replaced.
